Alright, guys and dolls, the time has come. The CDs and GM have worked their $%#@%!s off (what could possibly have that many letters censored out instead of just using the standard phrase-ender, “asses”? First person who figures it out wins a prize, because personally, I’d really like to know – it’s terribly mysterious), and now comes that hallowed time when you sit through or scroll over my little blurb in a mad dash to the numbers.
Remember when I joked in my “hold yer horses, stats ‘r comin’” post about the CDs frantically trying to get last-minute submissions turned in? Yeah, that turned out to NOT be a joke. 470 projects were turned in on Oct. 31! In other words, almost 1/5 of all projects submitted for Round 1 were submitted at the last minute. As Team Shady Cels would say: zoinks! Round 3 was the busiest Nerd Wars have ever been, not just due to its humongous new size but also to a renewed fervor for battle. Just under 1/3 of all active players melted the cube by completing all six challenges! Why is everyone not throwing a party right now????
Well, the wait is over. I hope you all kept your pants on. And if you didn’t, the rules require that you return them to your person before you can read the stats. Eyeamelise is amending the official rules right now. These stats are the final, official standings for all of Round 1!
